The performance has also been verified by many national standards laboratories. Systems operate 'out of box' and continue to do so with minimal repairs over the years. ISO 9001Renishaw's quality assurance system and procedures are audited for compliance with ISO 9001:2008, the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. Renishaw's certificate of registration to EN ISO 9001:2008 is issued by BSI Management Systems and carries the UKAS accreditation logo. This is your assurance that not only does Renishaw operate procedures to the ISO standard but that the company has been audited and certified by a competent, UKAS accredited, organisation. UKAS accreditation is recognised in many countries worldwide by the relevant national body in that country. Please refer to attached document download Quality assurance for further details. Calibration certificatesThe QC20-W ballbar, XL-80 laser, XC-80 compensator and XR20-W rotary axis calibrator (and their ML10, QC10 and RX10 equivalents) are supplied with comprehensive calibration certificates including details of test result 'traceability'. Example certificates can be downloaded from the certification support page. Copies of lost certificates can be provided (a fee is charged). Product warrantiesAll new XL-80 laser systems, XR20-W rotary axis calibrators and accessories* are covered by a 3 year warranty. New QC20-W systems and accessories* are covered by a 1 year warranty (repairs and exchange units are covered by a Renishaw warranty of 3 and 6 months respectively).
